He provides consulting, research, writing, training, and problem-solving in the areas of employee handbooks, compensation, exempt/non-exempt status, overtime, Workers' Compensation issues, unemployment compensation claims, sexual harassment and discrimination training and investigations, attendance, discipline, supervisory training, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, EEOC, etc.
