This is a 3-bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, also includes 3 smart TVs, extra space in the basement (recently renovated), plus a full-size washer and dryer, a fishing boat with trolling motor, a 2-person kayak, and a pedal boat.
Please note:
- Weekly rentals are $1200 ITEX, with some availability of 3-night rentals for $189 ITEX per night
- A $150 cash cleaning fee applies to all stays.
- For guests with up to two dogs, there is an additional $100 cash pet cleaning fee.
- A 6% PA Hotel Occupancy tax is required for all stays under 30 days. Stays over 30 days are exempt from this tax.
