Here’s what we offer:
Preparation of Estate Planning Documents (Florida only):- Payable in ITEX Dollars
The Will package includes preparation of a:
1. Last Will & Testament;
2. Durable Power of Attorney;
3. Health Care Surrogate;
4. Pre-Need Guardian Designation; and
5. Living Will
The fee is $1,000 ITEX for an individual; $1,500 ITEX for a Husband & Wife.
The Trust Package includes preparation of all 5 of the above documents plus preparation of a Revocable Living Trust with the primary purpose of avoiding probate. More specialized trusts may require additional fees, but these will be disclosed prior to commencement of the work.
The fee is $2,000 ITEX for an individual; $3,000 ITEX for a Husband & Wife.
If Florida real estate or ownership of a corporation or LLC is to be conveyed into the trust, there is an additional fee of $450 ITEX per transfer document or deed (plus $25 Non-Itex to record a deed).
Lady Bird Deeds are $600 ITEX (plus $25 Non-Itex) costs.
All my fees quoted are payable in ITEX dollars!
(Please note, as to state requirements for recording of deeds it is buyers responsibility)
If real estate is located outside of Florida, an attorney in that state will need to be hired at your expense to prepare and record the deed in trust.
