The Pay Online feature allows you to pay the cash fees owed on your ITEX account with a credit card or bank account.
Credit Cards
You can pay online using your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card.
Locating Your CID Number
Use the following examples to locate your CID number:
VISA, MasterCard, Discover cards
Your CID number is found in the signature area on the back of your credit card after the credit card number (if present).
The CID number will be 3 digits long.
American Express
Your CID number is found above and to the right of the imprinted card number on the front of the card.
The CID number will be 4 digits long.
When Is My Credit Card Charged?
Your credit card will not be charged immediately. If may take up to 2 business days before your credit card is charged. You will be notified when a pending credit card payment is processed.
Credit Card Information Storage
Your credit card information is stored only long enough to process your payment. Once your payment is processed your credit card information is permanently removed from our system.
Bank Account
Your bank account must be with a
Canada
based financial institution to make a payment online. We are unable to process payments from bank accounts located in another country.
Locating Your Routing and Bank Account Numbers
Refer to the below image for locating your routing and bank account numbers and name on account from a check.
Your Routing Number will contain exactly 9 digits while the bank account number can contain any number of digits. If paying from a Savings account, the numbers can be found on a deposit slip.
When Is My Bank Account Debited?
Your bank account will not be debited immediately. If may take up to 2 business days before your bank account is debited. We will notify you when a pending bank account payment is processed.
Declined Bank Account Payments
If your bank account payment is returned, your ITEX account will be assessed a $25 Non-Sufficient Funds Fee.

Your bank account information is stored only long enough to process your payment. Once your payment is processed your bank account information is permanently removed from our system.
Why is an Email Address Required?
We require a valid email address to keep you notified of your pending bank account payment.
With credit card payments. we deliver an electronic receipt of your credit card payment.
With bank account payments, after entering the information you will receive an initial email indicating we have received the information. You will receive a second email once your bank account is debited. If for some reason your bank account payment is declined, you will receive a third email indicating the payment was declined and the reason why it was declined.
